Bonnie Cooper Carroll is the current Chairman/CEO of Information International Associates, Inc., as well as Executive Secretariat of CENDI (Commerce; Energy; NASA; Defense; Information Managers Group). In addition to these prestigious positions, Ms. Carroll has played a significant role in numerous high-level government positions. She has helped the National Science Foundation in creating an assessment of STI in the U.S., the Library of Congress in the development of a topography of science and technology information system, and the Department of Commerce in providing a market survey to examine U.S. industry requirements for foreign, scientific, and technical information.
This interview was conducted in celebration of the American Society for Information Science and Technology’s seventy-fifth anniversary. Ms. Carroll served as the president of ASIS&T in 1985.
